Purchase and Shipping Info

Hi! Thank you for visiting my shop. Here is some basic purchase and shipping information. 

Purchase
Due to changing inventory and capacity as an artist, on the very small chance I am unable to fill your order, you will be notified and I will issue a full refund. 

If you purchase a handprinted garment, you may return the item for sizing or taste within two weeks of receiving. You will be issued a full refund as long as you mail back the garment. The customer is obligated to pay some or all of the return shipping cost depending on agreement with the artist. I will help as much as I can with the return mailing process. I recommend keeping the packaging the garment was mailed in. 

I am doing my best to test each third-party item in multiple sizes. If for some reason there is an issue with design or sizing for a third-party printed item, please let me know.

Shipping
Shipping times may vary with artist workload and capacity. My goal is to ship each non-custom item within a week of an order, and each custom item within two weeks. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping timing, or require an item be delivered within a certain timeframe, please reach out. 

Some shipping methods contain package tracking, some do not. I will provide tracking information if it is available.
